We have tons of rhubarb. Is this good stalks? If so what do i keep and what do I throw? Hoping to freeze some and make rhubarb crisp. Any other good uses???

Rhubarb Marmelade. Put some strawberries or raspberries and a bit of vanilla in it. It's my absolute favorite. I also make rhubarb crumble or a rhubarb pie with custard... or I just toss it in the pan with a bit of sugar and let it cook until it's all soft and then top some vanilla pudding or yoghurt with it... can you tell I'm a rhubarb addict? Lol
