Down syndrome test

So my doctor said I have to have this screening done but I don't want it because I don't care and frankly I really don't like my doctor. Because they are very forceful and think I'm stupid because this is my first pregnancy. But I know different things because I've know and talked to all my pregnant friends and family. So how do you tell your doctor that you don't really don't want one because I've heard they highly suggest abortion if it's positive.
