I went and fell for my ‘straight’ friend

I know it sounds super cliché but I’ve gone and fallen for one of my straight friends. She’s so confusing and frustrating. We talk constantly and she always acts different when it’s just the two of us but as soon as one of our friends comes along she starts acting weird. One minute she’s touchy and flirty and the next it’s like she can’t get away from me fast enough. I’m not the only one to notice either. I’m honestly out of ideas on what to do. I don’t really like talking about my feelings so telling her how I feel isn’t really an option (unless I’m a little drunk) and I don’t want to run the risk of telling her how I feel and her not feeling the same. I don’t want to put our friendship in jeopardy. Help me please. 🙏🏼
