Implantation or AF

So I usually have a period that’s right on time to the day usually 6 days long. But this month we just started TTC. I got 3 negative test. Then my period came 3 days early on 11DPO. It seemed to be bright red instead of the usual older blood I get then it stop after 4 days on the day I was suppose to get my AF, the 4th day was the lightest and it stopped. I got pretty intense cramps but that’s regular for me. Could this be implantation or a miscarriage? I never gave early or short AF.
