Successful pregnancy symptoms vs Miscarriage

Hi ladies!

For those of you who have experienced miscarriage and have then went on to have successful pregnancies, did you notice a difference in your symptoms with the successful vs your miscarriage??

I have had 2 chemicals, and then a missed miscarriage at 11 weeks. With all of these pregnancies, I had severe cramping from about 10DPO.

I’m curious as to whether this is a bad sign from the start? Or if I should expect this the next one I get pregnant as well.
