Really painful implantation cramps???
Hi all, I've just found out I'm 4-5 weeks pregnant after a long time trying to conceive, but earlier this month I had a terrible episode of cramps. They were so painful that I was on the floor curled up in pain. I had hot flushes and felt light headed. Could these have been implantation related or should I be concerned?
