If white people have a "not my problem" attitude toward the struggles of minorities, is that racist?
I don't mean if a white guy saw someone being beat up on the street or something, and he chose not to help just because of their race. That would be racism. I mean them ignoring the general struggles that minorities can face, because it doesn't affect them.
