11 weeks and not feeling too good

Lately I’ve been extremely exhausted , having migraines , nauseous and just overall feeling kinda out of it to the point that i might pass out if i stand too long. I’ve been having some pretty severe cramping on my left side (although it does switch occasionally) & diarrhea after being completely backed up from constipation. Im currently 11 weeks. I have a corpus lutuem cyst on my left ovary & just went to the dr where they said i was extremely dehydrated. What could be going on?? I know you guys aren’t drs so please spare me that comment, its just that drs and hospitals are expensive even with my insurance so i would like to know if it’s something i should be worried about before shedding he money.
