I need some advice please...

I am 10 days late for my period. I had surgery to take my gallbladder out 18 days ago and I wasn’t pregnant. Needless to say I was still ttc pretty much within 2 days post-op. So if i am pregnant then I would only be about 16 days or less...so when can I take a pregnancy test????? Also, if I’m not pregnant, does anyone have some advice as to what to take to increase my chances of conceiving????? I’m already on prenatal vitamins, but I need something strong 💪🏼🤰 as I have pretty severe PCOS 😩😩 Need some advice please...
