Placenta low?? :-(

Question

Went to my doctors today and I just had my ultrasound done last week and she said I will be going back at 32 weeks (I'm 19 now) for another ultrasound to see if my placenta has moved because right now it is low and if it does not move I will have to have a c section, I'm very nervous about this. This is my third and last child. Both my boys I had no problems with delivery ... I was very excited to have a natural birth and this time with no pain meds (my epidural nearly killed me last time) and I'm overwhelmed with feelings. I'm scared to have one... Nervous for the pain.. The recovery time and trying to breast feed with the pain.... My fiancé was working on the road and missed the birth of our first child (my second son) and I wanted to be able to give him that experience, I wanted to enjoy that with him. Am I the only one that feels this way? Anyone have the placenta low and it move on its own

I had a ultrasound at 17 weeks and was told the same thing. I just had my 37 weeks ultrasound last week and it moved way up. My doctor said he never worries about it, they usually always move.

My placenta was low at my 20 week scan, but it moved well out of the way by my 28 week scan last week! My doctor said they usually do move up so think positive :) good luck!

Mine was a complete at 12 weeks. Just had my next appointment this morning and it is still low lying but should be complete in the clear in the next 4 weeks at my next scan. 21 weeks I hope to be back to my normal activities in the bedroom lol!!!

I am at week 21 and doctor told me that my placenta is low line. I am scared of c section . Please help me what precautions may I take so that I moves up?

I also have a low lying placenta as well but the OB told me that the mayority of the time it always goes up. They will check again around 30+ weeks so dont worry.  He also said its more normal for pregnant ladies who had c sections before, and other stuff I can't think of right now to have low lying placenta.

Now for me my first baby was through vaginal, never had the other factors (will type it below when I remember lol) so I'm not worried. If worse case scenario I need a C section then I do not mind as long as me and the baby are healthy! That's very important for me. I will stress about it when   its necessary and/or the time comes. Till then I'm relaxing here feeling my baby kicks👣 lol.

My sister in her last 2 pregnancies she also had a low lying placenta, both times it went up. Her first child she had a c section. Everything turned out fine.

Mine was low on my 20 week scan. I have another scan in a couple weeks (around 28 weeks) to see if it's moved up. My doc said that the placenta moves up like 99% of the time, so I'm not worried about it. But if I need a c-section, I need a c-section. I'm not going to stress about it.

I get my follow up in about five weeks to see if my placenta has moved. Most resolve themselves from what I have read

Mine was low at my 20 week and I'm going in again in a week for a week 24 check to see if it's moved. I think 99% of them move up; keep positive!

I have my ultrasound tomorrow to see if mine has moved. :) 
I have a friend who was told her entire pregnancy she needed a c section for this exact reason. At 36 weeks it finally moved. :)

I'm 14 and mine is complete I have my next ultrasound on Monday hopefully it has moved some! Fingers crossed
