Am I FINALLY Ovulating?!??!?? 😱

Hi All!!!! A little back story, I am 36 and TTC #1. I’ve been on BC for over 15 years and came off on April 29th. I had withdrawal bleeding from the 30th-May 4th then silence lol. No period AT ALL. I’ve been worried because I was diagnosed with PCOS some years ago and am on A LOT of meds to control it. Anyway, I thought I had ovulated 2 weeks ago but my period never came and all pregnancy tests were negative. I recently switched opk’s and have been monitoring ALL of my O symptoms daily. This morning I woke up and there was a spike of +.06 in my bbt. My CM was also pretty heavy and viscous but not EWCM. When I got home from work I decided to take an opk and the lines were DARK!! So I then did the Clear Blue digital to confirm and a smiley face lit up!!!!! So I think I may now be ovulating????? I’m just slightly worried that maybe I’m not really and there is another reason for the LH surge? Do you all have any ideas? I started taking Myo-Inositol Plus w/D-Chiro-Inositol, this is for ppl with PCOS and is supposed to help with the symptoms and getting you ovulating again. I started it on Friday.
