OPK Negative

So my body functions like clockwork and for the past year I’ve always had a matching positive opk that aligned with the app. I test first thing in the morning because my urine becomes too diluted due to the amount of water I drink. (We’ve been trying for a year and have had two miscarriages). According to the app, I was supposed to ovulate yesterday, but have had all negative opk’s. It’s not making any sense! Last cycle I was on progesterone during the two weeks after ovulation. Has anyone ovulation timeframe been altered due to taking progesterone?
