Antibiotics

I’m 13w on the dot. My doc called today with results from my routine labs and said everything was normal but I have a UTI. No symptoms. Never even crossed my mind. I think I’ve had maybe 2 or 3 in my lifetime, and I don’t remember them. I’m a nurse so I know what symptoms to look for. Anyway, they put me on macrobid twice a day for 5 days. I took the first dose this afternoon and oh. My. Gosh. The nausea and stomach upset is nearly debilitating. I’m already nauseous all day every day, even with Zofran and Diclegis. I drink a lot of water which doesn’t seem to make it worse or help. Any ideas or tips and tricks to help combat the nausea??
