Should I get one ?

Ive always used tampons should I start using a cup I’ve hardly heard of them and really unsure as how I’d even use them, also do you get different sizes where can I get them from ? Is it like a tampon where you take it out and change it ? ( I have a heavy flow always )

Yes one hundred percent suggest 10/10 would recommend unless you’re super squeamish bc you do have to rinse the cup every once and a while but yeah try it

Cups come in all shapes and sizes 😂 you can order online mostly (Amazon, eBay, etc) . Unless you want the diva cup (which you can get at target or Walgreens). You can change your cup at the toilet or in the shower (it's so convenient 😂) but head over to put a cup in it and take the cup quiz and that's a good place to start

I chose the LENA small and it’s great. I’m probably going to invest in the large for my heavier days simply because I want to go longer without needing to empty it. I’m so happy to never have to spend money on pads and tampons again.

I recently started using the Blossom Cup and I love it. I just know that when I was reading reviews, a lot of people with heavy flows tended to have to empty their cup more often. I’d probably say that the only thing I don’t like about the cup is the removal bc it’s hard for me sometimes, but as always practice makes perfect
