Schedule???

Help! I just went back to work this week and I’m really struggling to get my LO on a schedule. I leave around 8am and I am home by 5... I am able to come home around 12:30 to feed her.

Right now she’s at home with family! While I was at home I was feeding on demand, and I wasn’t waking her unless she had been asleep for 3 hours. It was great and worked at the time, but I kinda feel like I shot myself in the foot by not getting her on a schedule from day one.

No shaming please, just looking for tips.

What does your LOs schedule look like?
