Scared to get laid

So a little over a year ago I was raped. It sent me in a huge spiral and I had major PTSD because this unfortunately has been the second time I’ve been raped (the first one was at 16,I’m 26 now)

Recently my sex drive has been super high like it’s used to be in the past and I’ve been wanting to just run out and get some lol. Problem is I haven’t had sex since the rape and every time I go out or just in a social setting to meet someone I get super bad aniexty. I want to date and I want to meet people but I just get so panicked whenever faced in that situation :/

Not really sure what to do but this is the longest I’ve been without dick and I need some bad 😂
