Itchy cluster of bumps

I’ve been with the same partner for 2 years now. We had sex over Memorial Day weekend and a couple days after that, I noticed something itchy on the inner part of my leg near my butt area. I assumed it was a bug bite and what not.

It’s been a good week now and it’s still itchy at times and its more of a clustered group of small bumps. I know I shaved before this happened too. Any idea if it’s possibly ingrown hairs, pimples, or herpes?
