food glorious food..
Breakfast and lunch are a piece of cake, I'll chow them down easily. I just struggle to eat dinner regularly, it can take me up to an hour to eat it. I end up finding myself sitting with mouthfuls of food and no interest in swallowing any of it. Last night I had gone off my vegatables completely and threw the remaining away. Today I have a plateful of Mackeral, potatoes and carrots, none of it is going down well at all. It's making me feel a little sick. I wanna throw it all away. What is going on?? I've never been a fussy eater.
