Always scared

Is anyone else always scared to have sex or always worried about everything? I’m 18 and I have a bf and we had sex on like May the 23. I know I hadn’t taken my birth control properly that month so I told him to use a condom. He did that and I looked at the condom after we stopped having sex and I finished him off with a BJ and everything seemed fine. I don’t know why I am so paranoid. I feel like I should just never have sex again but I mean I want to be able to enjoy that with someone. SexEd really ruined it for me cause I freak out all the time and I guess maybe even still I don’t know enough. I can’t talk to me mom about these things because our relationship is bad and my gyno always like tries to rush me away and I just don’t know what to do. Every time I have sex I freak out and I pee 30 times a day and I take like 10 test. When I don’t have sex I’m great. Is there any way for me to be normal and just relax ?
