Pregnant

Went to dr today for other reasons besides them checking to see if I was pregnant the pregnancy check was just because I have been 4 days late now mind u I have the paraguard have had it 6 years. Got a call this evening I’m pregnant 4 weeks along! I have to go to dr tomorrow to have the iud removed and I’m at a high risk of miscarriage. I’m terrified I have been contemplating on abortion. :( Dr told me I can take the prenatal pills and hope the baby survives or go to the abortion clinic. I’m scared that if I try that ill later have a miscarriage or the baby will be born a stillborn or have risky birth defects. Idk What to do!!
