It hurts to pee!

So my long distance boyfriend came to visit me this past weekend, it’s been a while since the last time we saw eachother. After almost three months of no sex for either of us we got straight to business.., multiple times without very much time in between. After maybe 4 or 5 times it became SOO painful to put it in, touch and pee for several days after! I’ve never had pain problems before this. This was also the first time he or anyone had ever came in me.. i just want to know why it just if it because of too much sex at once or maybe and allergic reaction of some sort to his cum?? 😣 TIA
