Tips for sleeping 😴

Ever since I’ve been on my summer break for college my sleeping schedule has been awful. Most days I go to sleep between 1-3 am and wake up after 11. Recently I’ve been getting up at 5 am to babysit, so I’m exhausted by lunch time. I’ve been doing everything to try to sleep better. I try to be in bed by 11:30 and use the sleep lotion from Lush. I’ve even tried essential oils but nothing seems to work. Please help 😅😩
