I’m 40 days late and I’ve had my period for 3-4 years. I’m  a virgin and idk what’s going on and I’m just frustrated and freaking out. Idk if something is wrong with me or just something normal that happens..

It does happen sometimes. Your period is not regular i guess. It could be a cause of an unbalanced diet or staying under stress or angry or depressed. Ginger, garlic and turmeric are very very good for your period cycles

Things like extreme amounts of exercise and weight loss or high amounts of stress can cause missed periods, but 40 days late is probably something to get checked out with your doctor just to be safe and make sure there's nothing going on.
