MUCUS PLUG??

TMI but I feel like a picture is the only thing that can do this justice. Is this my mucus plug? In the picture there’s only part of what came out there was another piece about the same size or bigger before this. It was very sticky like snot

I’m 38 weeks. Last week I was dilated 1.5 cm and 60% thinned our. If this is it, what does that mean? Does that mean anything as far as labor? Am I broken and this isn’t normal?
