Tips to losing weight
Hi Ladies♥️
Me and my partner of 5 years decided to join a gym. I have picked up roughly 40kg (according to google that is roughly 88 pounds) since i met him. I went through depression and I turned to food to make me happy. I feel much better though and I'm excited to lose some weight.

anyways I've seen so many success stories on eve and wanted to get some tips from you guys. What did you eat and so on. Thank you ladies xx
