Any tips on self inducing , start of labor ?
I’ve tried spicy foods , castor oil , pineapples , walking , bouncing , sex , dancing , cleaning . Nothing has helped ! As of yesterday I was 1cm still & has a membrane sweep . No signs of contractions or pain .
