Mucus Plug

I'm 26 weeks and lost my mucus plug this morning. I've been cramping like crazy since last night, even had to sleep on the couch because I kept waking up my husband with moving around. Called my doctor of course and she said as long as there's no blood, I'm okay, and to drink a lot of fluids. But that I can come in tomorrow to get checked. I know it can grow back, but my cramps are what worry me. Baby boy is still moving, not nearly as much, but still feeling him so I feel better about that. But any advice? Am I over thinking?
