Because apparently the supervisor from citibank doesn’t know 🤔🤣 ... and apparently it’s not used for their investigations...

Here’s the backstory :

March 31st 200$ was taken out of my bank account ( twice, same day different times ) so a total of 400$.

I was at work while this happened. They are saying the charges are valid and they closed the case!!! and said they don’t use the cameras for investigations. Well then, fuck you Citibank. I’m not giving you the money that I DIDNT PULL OUT. Until theirs proof of ME taking out the money myself 🙃

I can’t even close my account because I’m overdrawn.
