dreams?

So I had two pregnancy dreams where I was having multiples. The first I had a dream that I had triplet boys. The second I had my ultrasound and there were 4 sacs, but three were viable. When I was pregnant with my son I only had dreams of one baby. I don't have my viability ultrasound until Monday (7 weeks). Does anyone believe in dreams predicting pregnancy? I'm not sure what to make of it. Twins run in my family. If this is a multiple pregnancy, this will be my last.
