Late Ovulation = Late Period?

So I only recently started tracking my ovulation and last month my luteal phase was 14 days and I ovulated April 22nd. Got my period May 6th. This month I ovulated the 25th, which was later than last month and eve predicted my period today but so far a no show. So is it expected that I get my period a few days late since I ovulated later this month? I’m having pretty mild

period cramps. *A virgin, don’t suggest pregnancy.

* I don’t follow when eve says I ovulate I go based off the day I have slight cramps and the most discharge that’s stretchy or what not. I follow my body.
