What Is Going On ???

Hey Everyone I Was Wondering If Anybody Has Experienced What I’m Experiencing So I Had My First Baby January 24 (Csection) I Got My Cycle March No Cylcle April No Cycle May & I Am Now Having Spotting June & Experiencing Problems Eating Nausea & Extremely Fatigue I Got The Nexplanon Placed In April & Before That I Was On The Pill For About 2 Weeks I Have Never Spotted Or Had These Symptoms Until Now I Went To The Er They Said Nothing Is Wrong My Stomach Is Sore & I Also Just Feel Like Blah Somebody Tell Me They Have Experienced This I’ve Taken pregnancy test They’ve Been Negative But Something Isn’t Right
