Pregnant or birth control?

I started birth control on wed the 30th and had intercourse on the 2nd. 
Then the 4th and 5th I forgot to take my birth control pills and I had intercourse again on the 5th. 
Today is the 6th I woke up and started spotting pink spots on the toilet paper when I wiped and nothing more than that and it’s very very little amount also the next few times I’ve used the restroom it’s a little bit of brown discharge. But pretty much by now it’s almost the end of the day and it’s stopped. I’m no where near starting my period. Is there a reason why I’m spotting? The last thing I would think of is implantation bleeding but I’m just not sure at this point. Has anyone has a similar experience?

You're spotting because you missed some pills. You have to take a weeks worth of pills before you're protected from pregnancy.

Yup, missing pills can cause breakthrough bleeding/spotting, as well as increase ur chances of pregnancy. Plus, it’s also normal to experience breakthrough bleeding at anytime during the first 3-6 months while ur body is adjusting to the birth control. And yea, if u weren’t on ur period when u started the pills, then it takes a full 7 days for them to be effective... meaning, u weren’t protected at all anyway. So, I suggest taking a test in 2-3 weeks. If it’s negative, wait another week or two & test again to be sure. I also suggest setting an alarm or two on ur phone to help remind u to take ur pills on time. Otherwise, u should really consider a different, less time sensitive method of birth control.
