Ok so this is a weird situation.
I’m going on this date with a guy I’ve known for 2 years. He’s literally amazing and has the cutest smile. We’re going over to his house to watch movies and I wanna do oral with him. Problem is, that would be my first time doing that and I don’t know if he’s be into it. He just doesn’t seem like the kinda guy to do that type of stuff with a girl on the first date. Should I go for it?

Well ask him. 
Talk to him about what he wants and let him know you would totally be down for it. 
Some of the guys I have gone on dates with would totally be into it and some definitely would not at all go for anything like that. So it really depends on the guy which is why you gotta talk it out. 
Also if you let him know you aren't great at it yet but you wanna share your first blow job with him, he should be understanding and coach (I guess that's the right word. . . ) you through what feels good for him.
