Coincidence Maybe???

So my friend (a boy) keeps looking at me. I mean like mighty hard. So then I stare right back at him. Then we look away from each other. We've also been playing basketball on the same team. This has been happening for 2 days now(not the basketball thing but the staring thing). I think the same thing is gonna happen tomorrow. Is it weird that we do that or does he like me in some way or is it just a coincidence? p.s. he may be my best friend but he's fine af😘😍🤞🏾
