Peak but neg ovulation?

I got my peak on clearblue connect today at 1 pm- and took this at 6 pm- looks neg? The line is ALMOST as dark as control line . Close to O? Or did I miss my surge with these strips ?

I think I use the same strips. The test line has never been darker than the control line. It has always been just a tad lighter actually. But I bought a digital so when I think its positive, I confirm with the digital. In my pic, today 6/6 was confirmed peak fertility with a digital & its really not super dark.
