Condom broke and i had diarrhea today

Ive been on the combo pill for a little over a month and ive been taking it religiously.. my condom broke today during our second round and hes not sure if he came or not he just said that he pulled out because-it felt weird and he saw that it was broken.. i took my pill at 7 after dinner and ive just now noticed cramps and nausea and now diarrhea which i think came from the food but idk.. am I protected or should i get a plan b???
