TTC IRREGULAR CYCLE HPV 💔💔💔

Been ttc for 9 months, during month 4 of ttc I was diagnosed with HPV low grade and told to come back in a year for another pap... can that prevent me from getting pregnant I was also told my cervix is very high and titled. I’ve have no clue what to do next or if I should stop getting my hopes up each month not to mention AF loves to randomly skips months which makes tracking my ovulation nearly impossible.
