Worried :(

Is it bad that my toddlers gums are bleeding when I brush her teeth? It’s very little blood but I just noticed today I do brush her teeth everyday morning and night her last visit at the dentist I was told her teeth were perfect now I’m just worried as I looked it up and said it could be a sign of gingivitis :( she is teething she has 5 teeth coming in not sure if that can be a reason
