harrasing neighbor

I am at my wit's end. I have a 10 month old daughter who for the most part sleeps thru the night. but seeing as she is a 10 month old baby she does wake up and cry. We usually give her a few minutes to figure out what's going on and for the most part she lays back down and goes to sleep. since it has been such nice weather lately we have been having her window open at night. Every time she wakes up and cries we get a call/text or my neighbor coming over telling us that our baby is keeping her up at night and that we need to shut our window and turn in the ac. At this point I am so stressed out about this because I don't want to run into my daughter's room the minutes she wake up but also don't want to run the AC when it is 65 degrees outside. HELP!
