Okay so I went to the doctor middle of May was dx'ed with PCOS and insulin resistance and anovulation. No cysts on my ovaries but I have the hormone imbalance. Dr started me on metformin and the plan is to take clomid next cycle. We have been TTC since last March. I used the clear blue digital opk. Peaked on cycle day 16 went to work that night had a sharp nagging pain lower right abdomen area lasted from 10pm til 2am then went away. Took another opk and it was the flashing smiley face, high fertility. I'm currently in my two week wait. My question is do you think I dropped an egg? And what are the chances that I actually get pregnant this month.
