Worried about sudden cramps 😰
I have done a 10 mins gardening this morning and after two hours , i started experiencing minor cramping on my left and right sides of belly in irregular intervals lasting a couple of seconds each.
I am 10 dpo and AF is due in 4 days. I am now worried if this cramping has anything to do with my overbending in the morning activity and might disturb my BFP if any
