Contractions?

Hi!

I got my membranes stripped yesterday. Had some cramping and pretty bad pressure after it for a few hours. Most has stopped but I have been trying to sleep. I’m 99% sure I’m losing my mucus plug now. Goopy... brown and light pinkish tinged discharge. Gross in general lol. I’m issue is I cannot figure out a contraction. I couldn’t tell when I was having my son until I got induced. With this I have some back discomfort and cramps. I seem to have more when I lay on my sides not sitting up. And then again if I’m walking around but my legs feel like jello so that doesn’t last long. Anyone have the sweep done and then lose their musics plug to go into labor soon? I know you can lose the plug anytime and it could mean nothing but I’m really curious! I’m ready for this baby. Last I checked I was 3-4cm and effaced 60%. Dr said “that’s was good”. TIA
