Inserting Evening primrose oil
How should I insert epo vaginally as I have been taking it orally for 2 weeks now but coming up to my due date in 2 days I want to see if inserting it makes a difference?
Should I put it in whole or prick a pin in it & do I insert it as far as a tampon etc?
