So, my mom in law (Lets call her Peg) she is in her 50s with an 11 year old daughter. (He name will be Kat) My fiancé (let's call him bob) and Kat share the same mom but different dads.

So peg isn't the biggest or the brightest I've ever met. She bought this home for 50,000 dollars. Old home from the 70s..

So this is it. The last owners couldn't legally do a rent to own because obviously there were underlined issues with the home.

It still belong to the last owners.. very confusing stuff.

So.. The last owners who gave this home up.. must have realized the trouble.. because hey dropped the price down 10,000 the actual price.

Lord have.. peg didn't believe any issues were wrong because the guy was a preacher..

I moved in.. because her plan now is to give me and my fiancé the home.. but instead of paying 500 a month like she does.. she wants us to pay 600. Mom in laws. 😒🙄

The carpet was tore up.. she had someone replace some wood that was eaten.. by termites.. TERMITES!

She sprayed herself.. they spread..

So since the house is ours. I hired a pro! Over 700 dollars..

I'm paying it off as we speak by the way.

She said there wasn't active termites. She didn't believe the pros when I called two different ones to come out and look and they seen them. I (25 weeks pregnant) got under the damn house and took photos. Peg still doesn't believe it.

Now? We got fleas.. her three cats and her dog live in the home..

All of her cats carry flea eggs, her dog has fleas. She put a flea collar on her dog but didn't tell us she didn't get one for mine and my fiancés.

You cannot get rid of fleas.. if not all of the animals are treated..

She claimed our dog (one) brought the fleas. And argued with Bob (my fiancé) all morning. I was tired of it. They argue instead of do shit. So I yelled at then.

"It doesn't fucking matter cause I bought shit for them all" 60 bucks.. for flea treatments for all of the animals in the home. Still gotta treat the home and yard.

Ugh!

Not to mention. She says she's moving out soon. (Doesn't pay bills)

Eats up the food I buy. Even my fiancés food. And lives here for free.

Pegs cats shit outside the cat box instead of inside because they never clean the shit out. (I end up doing it)

And her poor dog stays in a tiny cage because when she first got it. She failed to figure out it was a puppy. I care for her dog and mine.

My dog is now covered head to toe in fleas. So I got him treatment too. Poor boy is eat the fuck up..

When and if she washes laundry she takes ours (Whenever it finishes) and throws it on the couch.. the couch for her cats to lay on and a few times vomited on..

She uses the dishes, leaves them In the sink dirty. (I quit washing them)

The house, every time I clean? A worse of a mess..

This is the clothes i gotta go through this weekend.. oh yeah.. I get married this Saturday by the way. And spending after? This..

The dog food also. I buy. She claimed she bought, I showed my fiancé the receipt. She uses the dog food for my dog for hers. I have a son o the way. (September 18th) and I've been trying to nest for a month now.. a full month! And nothing stays clean!

I bought 100 bucks in groceries and she ate it all..

Please for the love of god. Help me.

She got mad at me once because I was irritated and she followed me around the house and was talking shit bout my fiancé and how he doesn't do anything. I flat out told her to leave me alone. She ended up sending a text to me and my fiancé blowing up. And I'm over here like. You need to grow up now.

I wash the towels and everything!

I feed her animals and care for her neglected dog.

I work Monday- Thursday 4pm- 2am. So when I get off I stay up and make my fiancés lunch. I sleep at 8. Wake up ten minutes before work. Fridays are my doctor appointment times and Saturday and Sunday. I hope and pray they are gone for the weekend so i can clean.. in peace.

Please. Help me..

Update: This is the cheaper part of where I live. If I go to the other part I'll be paying over 2,000 a month. Hard to do that. Plus it would be an apartment. Not a home. I can well manage fixing the home. It's just the mom in law coming behind me trashing it up again. I 19, and my fiancé is 22. I have four hospital bills I pay 50 each on, and my phone bill, car insurance, and termite payment, plus a few other misc bills. He has car, credit card, hospital bills, insurance, phone. Etc etc. plus we are trying to buy all we need for our son before he comes. I also happen to rescue animals. Which I have given a lot of then new homes. I just have my dog, my rabbit, two jumbo rats, and my kitten. Plus two chickens that give me eggs for food.

This home. We both can fix asap. But my mom in law is sleeping in my sons room. And told us two months ago she was gonna move out. Living rent free now. She told us she was gonna move into the shed (yeah, we lived in a shed..) where me and my fiancé stayed (which had no shower or bathroom, nothing. Just a bed is all. And a fridge) (She already has gotten all of those things needed to be a home inside the house already.)

Update of an update:

People seem to be missing the point. Where I live things are different from other locations. Again. I can fix the home. Little by little which is a lot of work. But some things aren't needed as much as other things.

I fixed the Whole electrical (House lights didn't work)

I got the termites gone.

I gotta get the house leveled (Thank god my coworker is helping me out)

I'm putting down cheap laminated flooring (resembles hard wood)

The walls aren't dry wall. So I'm gonna do room by room. Wall by wall. And putting in foam insulation.

The kitchen is updated.

Bathroom is my last priority. I want to remodel it aswell. But my important stuff first!

It's just hard when I'm cleaning. Have the couch cleaned and looking good. Dishes done and counters clean.. to me getting off at 2 am, and have no room to fix a sammich and kick back and relax.
