Have any of you tried the Keto diet or were on the Keto diet? I’m asking because since I’ve graduated high school (2 years ago) my weight has become an issue, from weighing 120 to going up to 180. ☹️ I’ve noticed myself taking in a lot of sugar and carbs and I’m trying to either cut it out completely or just lower my intake of both.
I just want to know what exactly can I expect from doing Keto and will my body go through drastic changes??
