I need advice for my friend

My friend needs help she is in a abusive relationship and cuts herself. Last night she cut herself and she needs stitches. She has a two month old and doesn’t want to have her som taken from her. She needs help she’s very depressed she’s a great mom and takes good care of her son. I don’t need judgements for her but I just need advice. I’m the only friends who’s here for her and I really don’t even know what to do. She needs to get stitches
