Can anyone tell me ways to increase my sex drive?? My boyfriend is starting to get a little frustrated with me because i’m just never in the mood. I get where he’s coming from because it’s frustrating me too. We’ve been together for 2 years and always have good sex and i’m very attracted to him, I just cant seem to make myself want to and i have no idea why. please help, any suggestions??

There are many factors leading to this and I can only suggest something if you are able to answer these questions honestly. What turns you on? Many women are turned on by what they hear and men by what they see. His your man appreciating you for who you are. That is complimenting you most times. What about porn? Are you addicted to it? If you are addicted to it, it can affect your sex drive because your body is used to arousal through the mind and not the body. Furthermore, are you usually stressed out, that can also affect your sex drive and search within yourself,  what is it about your man that attracts you, do you genuinely love him.

For me when I am not stressed out and my man compliments me on my looks,  achievements and successes, it increases my sex drive. I don't know if my suggestions has been helpful
