Implantation or early AF?

So I had on and off cramping 7-9dpo. 9dpo was the worst. Felt like AF was coming. Temp was slowly falling but not to much. Now today 10dpo there was a larger drop but not much cramping so far. Not like yesterday. A little early for a drop seeing AF won’t be here for 4 days and I drop 1-2 days before she comes. Can you get an implantation dip this late and would it be after the cramping? I’ll have to see what my temp is tomorrow. I don’t know what to think.
