6/7 cd 11

cm is now a mix of creamy, ewcm and sticky. which, i normally get after O for a day or 2. but i am having some twingy cramps again today as well. last night they were worse. and i had ny ac on fulllll blast last night and it got waaayy cooler than normal in my room, especially sleeping alone. idk if that has any effect on my temps?? 🤔 only time will tell.. just going to stay busy with work, and with the kiddos while dh is away! hope you all are having a good day!
