ughhh!! help

hey ladies!! so i got pregnant 1 month after having my daughter 😩 im 15 weeks and ready to give birth already. also ive been haveing really really bad pain in my stomach.. is that normal? is there anything i can do to make this pregnancy go smoothly? please help🙏
